- To promote decentralized circular economy systems at the household and community level through efficient micro-level resource management, waste minimization, sustainable consumption, and innovative waste-to-value solutions
- To protect and enhance the social dignity and economic well-being of ragpickers and individuals engaged in solid waste management by promoting professionalism through the provision of tools, training, and employment security.
- To ensure and protect a clean, safe, and sustainable environment that supports human well-being and biodiversity.
